We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Growth Marketing Director, Offline to lead and optimize our offline media channels. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition and growth through Direct Mail, Radio, Television, Out-of-Home (OOH), Audio, Podcasts, and other offline channels.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing high-performing offline marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of offline media strategy, planning, buying, and execution, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

What we’re looking for

  • Offline Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive offline marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Media Budget Management: Manage and optimize budgets across all offline channels.
  • Market Research and Audience Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to identify target segments and media opportunities.
  • Media Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and vendors.
  • Creative Development: Oversee the development and production of creative assets for offline campaigns, partnering closely with the creative team.
  • Performance Measurement and Optimization: Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and drive continuous improvement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in offline media planning and buying.
    • Proven track record of successful offline campaign execution and ROI.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Experience with media buying software and analytics tools.

$160,000-$185,000 base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
